These Terms govern your use of Stacksift, a domain product analysis API
provided by DataCortex IQ Private Limited (CIN U62020WB2024PTC273363,
GSTIN 19AALCD1124A1Z6), with registered office in Siliguri, West Bengal,
India, 734003 ("we", "us", "Stacksift").
By creating an account, generating an API key, or using the Service, you
agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Stacksift analyzes public B2B websites to identify the products a company
sells. Each call to our /v1/analyze endpoint returns a structured list of
products with supporting evidence URLs.
The Service is provided as-is. We use third-party search and language-model
providers (currently OpenAI and Serper) to produce results; their accuracy
and availability are outside our control.
You must provide a valid email and verify it before using paid features.
You're responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. API keys are
shown to you ONCE at creation; we never store them in plain text and cannot
recover them for you.
You may not share your account credentials with third parties or resell
access to the Service without a written agreement with us.
You may not use Stacksift to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these
restrictions, retaining unused credits as a service fee. Egregious cases
(fraud, abuse, illegal activity) result in immediate termination without
refund.
The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model. You purchase credit
packs in advance. Each call to /v1/analyze consumes one credit. Cache
hits within the cache window consume zero credits.
All prices on stacksift.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and **include 18%
GST**. International cards are accepted and converted by your bank at its
prevailing rate.
Credit packs expire 180 days after purchase. We charge using Razorpay
(razorpay.com), which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your
card details.

We target 99% monthly availability on a best-effort basis. We do not
currently provide an SLA with credits or refunds for downtime. If you
experience a service issue, contact us and we may issue replacement credits
at our discretion.
We may schedule maintenance with reasonable notice. We may also experience
unplanned outages caused by our upstream providers (OpenAI, Serper, Render).
We analyze publicly-available web content on your behalf. We do not sell
or share customer data with advertisers or data brokers. See our

API call logs are retained for 90 days for billing and abuse-prevention
purposes. Analyzed results are cached for up to 7 days to reduce your costs
and our infrastructure load. You can request export or deletion of your
account data by emailing us.
You retain all rights to data you submit and to analyses produced for your
account. We retain rights to our pipeline code, prompts, training methods,
and aggregate non-identifying statistics across our customer base.
The Stacksift name, brand, and software remain our property. You receive a
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any
claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you
have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special
damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
We may update these Terms. Material changes (pricing, scope of service,
liability) take effect 30 days after we email registered customers. Minor
changes (typos, clarifications) take effect immediately.
Continuing to use the Service after a Terms update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved
in the courts of Siliguri, West Bengal, with Calcutta High Court as the
appellate forum.
For international customers: this clause does not waive your rights under
your local consumer-protection law where it applies and cannot be
contractually limited.
